Field Service IT Technician | IT Techniker Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Field Service IT Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, based out of the Ludwigshafen office. The core responsibilities involve executing planned IT service orders, including Incidents and IMAC (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes) requests, across various customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include advanced troubleshooting, resolving hardware malfunctions on IT devices such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals by replacing defective components, and ensuring precise documentation of all completed work for service coordination. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), fundamental knowledge of IT infrastructure and Microsoft Operating Systems, and practical experience in troubleshooting and IMAC services.
