Job Summary

This role requires a Technical Sales Expert to drive the development of optimal power transformer solutions essential for reliable energy supply in high and medium voltage networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed feasibility studies, creating preliminary transformer designs to determine maximum dimensions and weights, and selecting appropriate monitoring systems. A core focus is developing and presenting tailored service concepts to customers, while also optimizing technical interfaces, such as connections to gas-insulated high-voltage switchgear. The expert will collaborate extensively with regional sales, factory personnel, and monitoring/service departments, and be responsible for preparing and managing consulting service offers. Ideal candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, possess several years of experience in transformer offer design or related product management activities, and demonstrate strong analytical, systematic, and goal-oriented problem-solving skills, coupled with fluent German and English proficiency.
