This role seeks a Senior Service Technician to join the Onsite Support Team in Berlin, providing crucial decentralized Second-Level Support primarily at the Federal Court of Auditors. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and resolving incidents, particularly concerning specialized security systems like SINA and GENUA, processing standard hardware/software requests, and ensuring strict adherence to contractual SLAs and documentation standards using ITSM tools like Matrix42. The ideal candidate must possess a completed 3-year IT vocational qualification and at least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Field Service. Success requires strong communication skills, organizational talent, and fluent German proficiency, both written and spoken. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the security and digitalization efforts of the German Armed Forces' primary IT partner, ensuring stable and secure IT services within one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures, and collaborating closely with major vendors like Cisco and Microsoft.

Required Skills
