Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT inquiries and disruptions, handling requests received via phone, email, and in-person. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and classifying incoming IT issues, documenting them within a ticketing system, and ensuring timely resolution, escalating complex matters to administrators as necessary. Key daily tasks include installing new hardware and software for users and providing general assistance with IT-related questions. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, strong knowledge of standard operating systems (Windows 7/8/10 and/or MAC OS X), MS Office/Microsoft 365, and practical experience with ticketing systems. Success in this position requires excellent service orientation, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit, offering the opportunity to work on diverse, short-notice assignments.
