Job Summary

This Junior IT Support and Administrator role involves serving as the primary technical contact for employees, teachers, and trainees within the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on providing crucial First-Level Support, managing user accounts, permissions, and overseeing mobile devices, specifically Surface tablets used by trainees.
