Job Summary

This role involves providing essential hardware and software support for a major end-client, operating within one of Europe's leading IT service organizations. The specialist will be responsible for the repair, analysis, and resolution of hardware and software faults across various devices. Daily tasks also include proactive system maintenance, such as applying patches and antivirus updates, along with meticulous upkeep of Support and GxP documentation. The position requires coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers, performing risk management, and participating in project work, asset management, and technical process service support. Candidates should possess a relevant technical qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or Computer Science degree) and demonstrate experience in managing small technical teams and supporting network infrastructure.
