Job Summary

This leadership role involves driving the digital transformation agenda for the city administration. The Head of Digitalization will be responsible for developing and advancing a comprehensive digitalization strategy, leading a team of five experts, and managing the department's budget and reporting to political committees. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating the implementation of digital measures across all departments, overseeing IT change management processes, and leading agile digitalization projects, including the implementation of AI applications and Smart City initiatives.
