Job Summary

This role involves working as a Telecommunications Service Technician, participating in diverse projects focused on network and transmission technology across multiple German locations, including Nuremberg, Leipzig, Erfurt, Jena, Kassel, Göttingen, and Hannover. Key daily tasks include the installation and commissioning of system technology in data centers and transport networks, integrating optical transmission systems into existing network infrastructures, and performing necessary measurements, maintenance, and fault clearance on supported systems. The technician is responsible for careful documentation of all work steps to ensure successful order processing. The position requires a completed technical vocational education (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician) and a Class B driver's license, alongside excellent German language skills.
