Job Summary

This role is for a Software Developer within TARGO Technology GmbH, focusing on developing innovative applications for the core banking system. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with international colleagues on challenging IT projects, actively shaping the future of the bank's technology landscape. Day-to-day responsibilities include the design and development of new, innovative frontend software solutions utilizing the Microsoft .NET system environment, specifically C# and/or Java. The role also involves managing interfaces to complex backend systems built on IBM Mainframe architecture (IMS/CICS, DB2, TSO). A critical part of the job is the analysis and extension of existing software systems and applications within the securities and investment sector, requiring close cooperation with business departments and other IT teams. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, strong analytical skills, and experience in IT project management.
