This critical role as an IT Specialist focuses on coordinating the high-performance digital process of Electricity Balancing (Strombilanzierung), which acts as the digital nervous system for grid operations. The successful candidate will ensure that electricity generation and consumption remain in perfect equilibrium, managing complex interfaces between balancing group managers, suppliers, and internal departments. A key part of the job involves driving continuous process optimization by coordinating virtual, cross-functional teams and leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Robotics and AI to maintain data equilibrium and enhance system efficiency.
