Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced HMI/SCADA Software Engineer to drive digitalization within a renowned client's high-tech machinery environment, primarily serving the international pharmaceutical sector near Schwäbisch Hall. The core responsibilities include the development and programming of machine-level visualizations and comprehensive SCADA systems. You will also be crucial in ensuring system commissioning, advancing existing core applications, and developing PC-based software to implement the client's digitalization products. A key aspect of the job involves interdisciplinary collaboration with other development teams, alongside the configuration and administration of network systems, workstations, and servers. Candidates must hold a relevant degree or Technician qualification in fields like Automation Technology or Technical Informatics. Extensive professional experience programming specific HMI/SCADA systems (such as Aveva InTouch, Zenon, or WinCC) is mandatory, coupled with knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and network technology. This position requires good proficiency in both German and English and a willingness to travel occasionally.
