Job Summary

This role involves serving as a central IT Systems Analyst focused on optimizing and managing the core Workforce Management (WFM) tool, ASS-Netz, crucial for deployment planning, fault handling, and supporting the energy transition. The specialist will be responsible for system oversight, continuous optimization, and developing smart solutions to enhance product quality and performance. Key activities include ensuring the quality of User Stories, managing the full software release lifecycle (from concept and testing to production deployment), and providing expert support for error analysis and stakeholder communication. A critical component is monitoring system health and performance by optimizing Observability solutions like New Relic and Uptrends, and developing customer-facing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI. Candidates must possess a university degree in Informatics or a related field, strong expertise in Monitoring and Service Management (preferably ITIL), and practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow. The position requires an analytical, solution-oriented approach and fluent communication in both German and English.
