Job Summary

This role requires an expert in electrical utility operations to manage and coordinate the stability and development of the distribution network. The Project Manager is responsible for creating detailed annual, monthly, and weekly plans, ensuring smooth workflow coordination with internal departments and external transmission system operators. A critical component involves fault management, where the manager must analyze hazard reports during high and medium voltage grid disturbances, generate initial reports, and swiftly initiate measures for supply restoration. Furthermore, the position involves significant project work, including supporting pilot programs for the grid control system and overseeing large-scale external initiatives such as the construction of new substations and lines. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, several years of experience in network operation, and demonstrate exceptional crisis management skills, maintaining composure and clarity while making rapid, critical decisions.
