Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digital transformation within the municipal administration as an IT Architect for HannIT, a strategic IT partner for the Hanover region's public sector entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and strategically developing the organization's IT architecture, ensuring it aligns with future goals and partner requirements. Key responsibilities include designing scalable, modular system landscapes utilizing modern technologies such as Microservices, Cloud platforms, and containerization. You will also create and maintain comprehensive IT landscape plans, lead integration projects for new software and hardware, and provide expert technical consultation to management and partners regarding architectural decisions. Furthermore, the role involves supporting public tenders and contributing to the development and implementation of robust IT security concepts. This position offers the security of an unlimited public service contract combined with the dynamic environment of strategic IT development.
