Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position as a Master Craftsman in Technical Building Management involves leading a specialized technical operations group within the Bundeswehr Service Center in Kiel. The core responsibility is ensuring the legally compliant and economically efficient operation of complex Building Automation (GA) systems across the facility’s domain. Day-to-day tasks include providing disciplinary and technical supervision to specialized GA staff, managing all associated hardware and software, coordinating workflows with external contractors, and strictly enforcing occupational safety standards. A key analytical component involves using GA data to develop optimization strategies, proactively identify defects, and streamline recurring maintenance procedures.
