Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Vulnerability Manager to oversee the comprehensive vulnerability management lifecycle within the Lufthansa Group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the identification, assessment, and prioritization of security gaps, focusing on complex systemic correlations. A key aspect of the role involves deep root cause analysis to pinpoint systemic weaknesses across IT processes, architectures, and structures. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear, actionable reporting dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership. Furthermore, the role requires the continuous development and implementation of advanced vulnerability management strategies and policies. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of IT systems and security risks, and fluency in both German and English, coupled with experience managing diverse stakeholders from technical teams to the CIO.
