This role involves the responsible and independent leadership of complex structural hydraulic engineering projects, focusing on planning, execution, and overall management. The Project Manager will oversee large-scale projects related to concrete and steel hydraulic structures, including the dimensioning and complete handling of flood protection systems, locks, weirs, and pumping stations. Key responsibilities include coordinating communication with clients, subcontractors, and technical staff, as well as managing budget and resource calculations for construction services. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Hydraulic Engineering and possesses long-standing professional experience in DIN/Eurocode-compliant water construction projects, ideally in a leadership capacity. Expertise in approval and current procurement law, along with strategic planning skills, is essential for success in this demanding and attractive position.
