Project Manager, Structural Hydraulic Engineering | Projektleiter (m/w/d) Konstruktiver Wasserbau

Job Summary

This role involves the responsible leadership and management of complex structural hydraulic engineering projects across Germany, focusing on locations like Leipzig, Dresden, or Chemnitz. The Project Manager will independently plan, dimension, and oversee large-scale construction projects, including concrete and steel hydraulic structures such as flood protection systems, locks, weirs, and pumping stations. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project execution, budget and resource calculation, and coordinating communication between clients, subcontractors, service providers, and technical staff. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Hydraulic Engineering or Infrastructure, coupled with extensive professional experience in leading DIN/Eurocode-compliant water construction projects. Expertise in permitting law, current procurement law, and AVA software (preferably RIB iTWO) is essential, alongside fluent German language skills and strong strategic planning abilities.
