Job Summary

The ICL Ingenieur Consult GmbH is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, steering, and implementation of complex Electrical Engineering (ELT) systems within demanding infrastructure and building projects. This critical role involves leading both internal teams and external specialist planners and subcontractors, ensuring rigorous adherence to project goals concerning cost, schedule, and quality across all service phases (HOAI LPH 1–9). Daily tasks include reviewing and optimizing technical plans, calculations, and standards, as well as developing strategic solutions for project challenges. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience managing ELT projects. Proficiency in CAD programs like Revit or AutoCAD and business-fluent German skills are essential prerequisites for this position.
