Job Summary

This Senior Scientist role involves taking full process ownership for critical Quality Assurance (QA) functions, including defining, creating, and maintaining relevant regulations for processes like PSF/PSD, Manufacturing Orders, and QA Oversight. A core part of the job is ensuring effective processes that maintain strict compliance with relevant biotechnological and pharmaceutical industry regulations, particularly GMP. You will drive continuous process monitoring and improvement, lead essential training programs (e.g., qualifying Deviation Managers), and collaborate extensively with departments such as Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, and Project Management. Furthermore, the role requires working with network functions to harmonize processes across multiple sites and contributing to the establishment of electronic systems (eQMS, SAP, MES, LIMS). Success requires a completed natural science degree, extensive practical QA experience under GMP, and proven leadership in interdisciplinary projects, coupled with fluency in both German and English.
