Job Summary

This role is a key figure in the technical support team in Stuttgart, focusing on maintaining and repairing the existing IT infrastructure while introducing innovative solutions to boost company-wide efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing on-site support to users, performing standard and warranty repairs on notebooks, desktops, and printers, and handling incoming service requests in the client environment. The technician will also be responsible for hardware installation, removal, and setup, including cabling, and performing error analysis for both hardware and software. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, practical experience with LAN/WLAN applications, and familiarity with common Windows operating systems.
