Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a leading IT consulting and service company, specializing in supporting medium-sized businesses with digitalization, cloud transformation, software development, and cybersecurity. As a 2nd Level Support Technician based in Schongau, you will be responsible for resolving complex IT incidents, performing hardware repairs, and managing the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various IT systems. Key responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing Windows operating systems, processing incidents via a central ticketing system, and creating detailed technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in 2nd Level Support, comprehensive knowledge of software and hardware, and proficiency in ticketing systems.
