Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled 2nd Level Support Technician to join a leading IT consulting and service company in Leuna. The core responsibility involves providing comprehensive 2nd-level support, focusing on the resolution of complex IT faults through detailed analysis and diagnosis. Day-to-day tasks include performing independent hardware repairs on IT devices, installing, configuring, and commissioning various IT systems to ensure functionality, and maintaining and optimizing Windows operating systems. A critical function is the efficient processing and rapid resolution of incidents using a centralized ticketing system, alongside the creation and management of technical documentation. The ideal candidate will possess vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent qualifications, coupled with at least two years of dedicated experience in 2nd Level Support.
