This pivotal role seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex structural hydraulic engineering projects across locations like Leipzig, Dresden, or Chemnitz. The core responsibilities include the accountable management, independent planning, and supervision of large-scale construction projects, focusing on concrete and steel hydraulic structures. You will oversee the complete dimensioning and execution of critical infrastructure such as flood protection systems, locks, weirs, and pumping stations. A key aspect is coordinating communication among clients, subcontractors, service providers, and internal engineering teams, alongside managing budget and resource calculations. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Hydraulic Engineering or Infrastructure, coupled with extensive professional experience in leading DIN/Eurocode-compliant water construction projects. Expertise in approval and procurement law, along with strategic planning capabilities and fluent German, is essential for success.
