Job Summary

This role involves integrating and maintaining critical IT components for a leading educational institution in Heidelberg. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Windows Server systems, Firewalls, Switches, and Routers, ensuring the entire IT infrastructure, including Office 365, runs smoothly. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting issues via a ticketing system, optimizing IT infrastructure through continuous monitoring, and managing user accounts, licenses, and rights within Active Directory and Office 365. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration) and strong professional experience in IT administration, particularly with Office 365 and PC system technology. Expertise in network components like LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, and Subnet Calculating is essential.
