Job Summary

This role involves providing essential remote and on-site infrastructure support for an established full-service IT provider specializing in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Munich and Upper Bavaria. The Infrastructure Technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer IT systems, including commissioning, maintenance, and detailed documentation of processes. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, managing complex network components like routers and firewalls, and administering Office 365 environments. A core function is the installation and setup of IT infrastructure across various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Apple. Key qualifications include a relevant technical certification (e.g., IT System Integration Specialist) and strong practical knowledge of MS Exchange, Cloud solutions, Backup systems, and Security. The position offers a competitive salary up to €75,000, the benefit of a 4-day work week complemented by on-call duty, and flexible remote work options.
