Field IT Technician | IT Techniker Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field IT Technician based out of the Ludwigshafen office, focusing on delivering essential IT services to major corporate clients across the region. The technician will be responsible for executing individual IT tasks, including incident resolution and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, following predetermined routes and schedules. Key daily activities involve troubleshooting and repairing IT equipment such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals, primarily through component exchange. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, and experience in troubleshooting and IMAC services. The position requires strong German language skills, a valid driver's license, and a customer-friendly, precise, and team-oriented approach to work.
