Job Summary

This role involves serving as the technical Project Manager for secure radio communication systems within the aerospace sector in Munich. The primary focus is on providing technical leadership for complex projects involving both hardware and software components. Daily tasks include managing and coordinating international, cross-site development teams, defining system architecture and specifications, and establishing critical interfaces. The Project Manager is also responsible for selecting necessary technologies and supporting crucial Make or Buy decisions, while contributing to the optimization of manufacturing costs. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, coupled with proven experience leading project teams, ideally in a multi-project environment. Proficiency with agile methods like Scrum and SAFe, along with tools such as RTC, Confluence, and Jira, is required. The position offers high-level technical responsibility in the aerospace domain and the possibility of up to 60% remote work flexibility.
