Job Summary
This role involves critical administrative and data management tasks within the Communal Job Center, focusing on statistics and controlling related to German social security laws (SGB II, SGB IX, SGB XII). Day-to-day duties include preparing and submitting mandatory monthly statistical reports to federal agencies, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and target agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal reporting requirements. A core technical responsibility is developing and executing SQL data queries across various social security codes for central controlling purposes. The ideal candidate possesses a qualification for the higher general administrative service or a relevant university degree (e.g., Public Administration). Proficiency in MS Standard Software is required, and knowledge of SQL query creation using tools like Microsoft Access, SQL Management Studio, or BI Reporting Systems is highly desirable.
