Job Summary

This role is seeking a highly reliable and motivated Facilities Technician to manage the technical and operational integrity of the facility on a fixed-term basis. The core responsibilities include the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of all technical and non-technical systems, both internal and external to the premises. You will be responsible for organizing and performing necessary repairs, troubleshooting faults and damages, and ensuring strict adherence to all technical standards and regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in a technical or skilled trade, preferably specializing in electrical systems or HVAC/plumbing, or hold a minimum qualification as an Electrical Assistant. Success in this position requires initiative, strong organizational capabilities, and the willingness to cooperate effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training/apprenticeship in a technical or skilled trade (e.g., Electrical or HVAC/Plumbing). Minimum requirement: Electrical Assistant Certificate. Further training as a Building Technician or Occupational Safety Officer is desirable.

Experience

  • Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled trade profession
  • Professional experience, preferably in electrical or HVAC/plumbing trades
