Day-to-day responsibilities include the predictive monitoring, maintenance, and upkeep of all technical systems both inside and outside the facilities, leading the building services team, and coordinating necessary repairs. A critical part of the job involves ensuring compliance with all technical and legal standards, safety regulations, and managing external contractors and procurement processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed apprenticeship in an electro-technical trade or proven qualifications as a skilled electrician, coupled with professional experience in a similar leadership position.
