Job Summary

This role involves leading the in-house building services team, ensuring the continuous, safe, and compliant operation of all technical facilities within and outside the managed properties. Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring, maintenance, and care of technical systems, coordinating and executing necessary repairs, and managing external contractors. The Head of Building Services is also responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all technical and legal standards, including accident prevention regulations, and obtaining necessary quotes for technical services. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification in an electrical trade or proven certification as a qualified electrician, along with professional experience in a comparable leadership position.
