This role seeks an engaged IT System Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of critical end devices within the energy sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing incident handling, collaborating closely with local services, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of system changes—from commissioning new devices (such as those from Garderos and Insys) to decommissioning old ones. The administrator will also conduct continuous system monitoring using tools like PRTG, maintain meticulous documentation, and perform necessary data migrations. Successful candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of network technology, and practical experience in incident and change management, including familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
