Job Summary

This role involves providing critical remote technical support and maintenance for intelligent local network stations and broadband powerline devices across Germany. The Service Technician will be responsible for meticulously monitoring alarm lists, structuring fault reports within a ticketing system, and executing remote troubleshooting for LTE/DSL routers and broadband powerline equipment. A key component of the job is utilizing Geoinformation Systems (GIS) to efficiently analyze and resolve device malfunctions. Furthermore, the technician acts as the primary technical point of contact, offering telephone support to field service teams during commissioning and fault resolution. The ideal candidate should possess experience with GIS, an electrical engineering background or equivalent training, and strong knowledge of network and router technologies, preferably Cisco.
