Job Summary

This role seeks an IT Application Service Specialist to coordinate the provision of central application services, particularly within the nephrological and neurological environments, focusing on biomedical signal processing systems. The specialist will work closely with internal and external experts in virtual service teams to develop and optimize cross-functional solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the entire order process, handling inquiries and requests for assigned services, and processing tickets within the Incident and Problem Management processes.
