Job Summary

This role is perfect for a customer-oriented IT professional passionate about supporting critical healthcare services in Vienna's nursing homes. As a Customer Consultant, you will act as the primary liaison between clients (personnel in nursing homes like Meidling and Baumgarten), external partners, and internal digital teams. Your core mission is to provide immediate, on-site consulting and support, ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing care provision by assisting staff with their daily IT tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering feedback, documenting and assigning technical orders, performing on-site troubleshooting, coordinating installations and changes, and handling incident monitoring. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in IT support or consulting, good knowledge of Windows operating systems, and basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security, preferably within a healthcare setting. This permanent, full-time position offers flexible working hours and the option for up to 60% mobile work.
