The Service Owner will be responsible for coordinating the development and optimization of the digital workplace based on Microsoft 365 services, including economic planning and billing. Day-to-day tasks involve designing and leading training sessions and workshops on Microsoft Teams and integrated M365 services, creating essential documentation (manuals, guides), and actively managing the city-wide M365 Key User Community. Key requirements include extensive professional experience in IT, strong knowledge of the M365 environment, and expertise in conceptualizing and moderating training and user communities.
