This role as a Procurement Specialist involves managing the end-to-end purchasing process, focusing on strategic supplier selection, evaluation, and negotiation in alignment with corporate guidelines. Key responsibilities include analyzing tenders and contracts, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries, and maintaining purchasing records and invoice approvals within SAP. The specialist will also be crucial in monitoring quality, resolving SLA complaints, supporting Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and coordinating complex import processes. Candidates must possess a university degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Success in this position requires a structured, resilient, and hands-on approach, coupled with fluent proficiency in both German and English.
