Job Summary

The Safety and Health Engineering Intern will support the Nespresso Production Center in Orbe by actively participating in the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of the company's safety policy across various production sectors. This is a crucial role supporting the facility’s commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to the S&H roadmap, promoting safety culture across the site, and developing and leading training modules and safety campaigns. You will participate in internal and external S&H audits, conduct incident and risk analyses, and coach line operators on the proper use and understanding of safety tools and standards. Furthermore, the role involves updating key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting, and analyzing data to propose performance improvements. Required Skills

Education

Enrollment in a Safety, Health, and Environment Engineering program (or equivalent technical degree track)

Experience

  • Currently enrolled as a Technical Safety, Health, and Environment Engineering student
  • Professional experience or academic background in S&H analysis and monitoring
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt quickly to changes

Additional
