Job Summary
The Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Intern will join the Nutrition, Regulatory, and Scientific Affairs team at Nestlé in Vevey, supporting critical projects focused on baby food and Infant Formula innovations. This 6-month internship provides practical experience in translating scientific findings into compliant products and effective communication for parents. Key daily tasks include conducting comprehensive scientific literature reviews on nutrition topics, summarizing findings to support ongoing initiatives, and researching and compiling regulatory requirements for baby food, ensuring compliance with global standards. The intern will also assist in preparing regulatory submission dossiers by organizing and documenting scientific and regulatory data. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate in Nutrition or Food Science who is fluent in English and possesses a strong interest in regulatory affairs, offering excellent mentorship and exposure to diverse professional roles within a leading global company.

Student or fresh graduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science or similar field
Experience
- Professional experience or strong interest in nutrition and regulatory affairs
