The expert will advise IT product teams on efficient IT service processes, enabling early detection of disruptions, rapid problem resolution, and continuous product quality improvement. Key responsibilities include analyzing incidents with modern monitoring systems, optimizing incident management processes across products, and creating insightful reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or business informatics, strong experience in service management and process modeling, and proficiency with monitoring and dashboard tools.
