This role involves the administrative management of projects funded by European Structural and Investment Funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project accounts, reviewing applications, offers, grants, fund requests, and payment documentation. A key aspect of the role is to support scientists and administrative staff throughout all project phases, from application to completion. The position also requires contributing to the continuous improvement of work processes, optimizing procedures, and gradually digitizing the administrative tasks. Additionally, the role includes generating statistics for internal and external stakeholders and general office organization.
