Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Administration Sciences, Public Management, Psychology (focus on Work/Organizational Psychology), Business Administration (focus on HR), Social Sciences, or comparable fields. Alternatively, certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/-in) with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in conceiving and implementing HR development measures
