Job Summary

This role involves supporting the digital transformation of public administration in Rhineland-Palatinate, specifically focusing on the Online Access Act (OZG). The successful candidate will provide user support for OZG services, manage ticketing systems, and perform technical operations including database administration (Oracle, PostgreSQL), server administration (Linux, Windows), and interface specification (REST, SOAP). They will also be responsible for error analysis, incident management, and certificate administration. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma FH) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field with a strong IT focus, or proven practical experience.

Experience

  • Practical experience in database administration (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Knowledge in server administration (Windows Server and Linux Server), network administration, and certificate management
  • Knowledge in ticketing and IT support (1st & 2nd Level)
