Job Summary

The University Hospital Bonn (UKB) is seeking a Bioinformatician to join its Core Unit for Bioinformatics Data Analysis (CUBA). This role involves the quantitative and computational analysis of high-volume omics data, including next-generation sequencing and MS proteomics data. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain reproducible analysis workflows and tools, report results, and provide documentation. Key responsibilities also include contributing to teaching activities, such as R programming courses, and consulting with biomedical researchers.
