Job Summary

As an IT Application Support Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for non-technical users, including dispatchers and warehouse staff, providing essential 1st level support and training. Your role involves the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems and applications, with a strong focus on Java-based solutions and Microsoft technologies. You will also be responsible for conceptualizing and managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments, ensuring security and compliance. This position requires active participation in the integration of Microsoft Finance & Operations and M365, as well as developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to boost internal process efficiency. You'll collaborate across departments and with external partners to successfully implement IT projects, ensuring system performance and availability while resolving technical issues.
