Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Engineer at a renowned distribution network operator in the energy sector. The primary focus is on developing solutions for connecting new customer facilities to the power grid, encompassing everything from large industrial consumers and EV charging infrastructure to wind and solar power plants. Day-to-day tasks involve designing grid connections and metering systems, handling complex energy-related inquiries (e.g., Redispatch 2.0, feed-in tariffs), and overseeing the entire connection process from technical concept to contract finalization. The ideal candidate will coordinate and monitor technical and economic requirements, actively contributing expertise to cross-organizational projects and working groups, particularly in implementing new legal, contractual, and technical standards.
