Job Summary
This role involves leading an HR working group responsible for supporting scientific staff at Friedrich-Alexander University. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to up to five employees, handling complex HR issues, and advising staff and managers on employment law matters. Key responsibilities include coordinating and implementing personnel measures throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to re-employment and working hour changes. The position requires close collaboration with employee and severely disabled representative bodies. This is an attractive opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employment and collective bargaining law, ideally within public administration, looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic university environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diplom FH) in Administrative Sciences, Law, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR or Law
Experience
- Professional experience in HR management, preferably in public administration
- Initial leadership experience
- Extensive professional experience in administration, law, or a comparable field with a focus on HR or law
- Experience in collaborating on projects
