Job Summary

This crucial role involves the 24/7 operation and management of the central control room for a major university's facility systems. The Master Technician is responsible for continuous monitoring of building and supply technology functions using the Building Management System (BMS) and managing all incoming fault reports and alarms. Key daily tasks include acting as the primary contact person for all technical issues across university properties, autonomously assessing disturbances, generating maintenance orders for specialized technical departments, and coordinating external contractors. Candidates must be certified Technicians or Master Craftsmen in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, possessing deep technical expertise in facility systems (TGA). Success requires strong communication skills, service orientation, stress resistance, and the ability to work independently within a rotating shift schedule.
