This role is ideal for a proactive Scaling Manager passionate about fostering innovation within the Silicon Valley Spin-Out Program. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing scalable structures and processes to support start-up and spin-out teams. A key part of your responsibilities will involve building a robust knowledge management system, systematically collecting and refining best practices, and leveraging these insights to secure third-party funding through project proposals and scientific papers. Furthermore, you will lead the development and introduction of AI-powered tools to automate the capture and structuring of consulting content, while also coordinating international industry and organizational partners.
